Terms of Business

Effective Date: June 2025

These Terms of Business apply to all services provided by REVANO.

1. Services

REVANO provides strategic marketing consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Brand positioning
• Narrative development
• Go-to-market strategy
• Marketing advisory

Scope of work will be agreed in writing prior to engagement.

2. Fees

Fees will be agreed in advance and outlined in a written proposal.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are payable within 14 days
• Work may commence upon agreement or initial payment

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables produced by REVANO become the property of the client.

REVANO retains the right to reference work for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.

4. Confidentiality

REVANO will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

REVANO provides strategic advice and recommendations.

We are not liable for:

• Business outcomes
• Financial performance
• Decisions made based on our work

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.

Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
